Bob Younglove is affiliated with the National Association for Self-Esteem, where is serves on the Executive Board and is Director of the YOUTH CHARACTER AND CONFIDENCE Initiative.

The goal of this project is to help parents, teachers, coaches and youth leaders equip children and

youth to successfully deal with life’s challenges.  Failures, frustrations, disappointments, and rejection are all part of life, but can easily devastate a child and cause low self-esteem leading to depression, drug abuse, and suicide.
